Presentation: The Université de Montréal field school offers an introduction to the practice of archaeology for students in the university’s department of anthropology. The field school invites you to share the discoveries that have been made in the Lake Mégantic area.

Activity: Talk “Spatial organization and tool variability at the Cliche-Rancourt site”

Description: Fieldwork has been carried out on the Cliche-Rancourt site since 2003 and more than 200 m2 have been excavated. This work has revealed the major activities that humans engaged in at this site, which dates back 12 000 years. Come and discover this unique Early Paleo-Indian site in Quebec.
