Meet the fiery Madeleine de Verchères, the seigneuress of Sainte-Anne from 1706 to 1747. Discover Elizabeth Hale, a gifted artist. Encounter Honoré Mercier – Prime Minister of Quebec at the end of the 19th century – who made the manor his summer home.
